Kit contains everything you need to put together this fun decorative balloon set! Each balloon measures 16" tall and string together easily with provided curling ribbon.
We recommend filling with about 90% with helium if you want the balloons to float. You can also fill with air by using the straw to inflate the balloon and use the string to adhere them to a wall, post, etc.
Note: all balloons come flat and NOT pre-assembled. Assembly is not difficult but make sure you leave yourself enough time to assembly prior to your event.
